You can cancel your subscription at any time! There are two ways to cancel your subscription:

Method 1

Cancellation can be made via Your Account section on the website.

Should you need further support, please email support@crepchiefnotify.com.

Method 2

You are also able to contact us through Discord on the ‘Membership Management’ channel on our discord server and inform us of your intent to cancel. If you are having any difficulties, please contact our Instagram page where an operator will help you.

Deleting Your Account

In order to request your account, and attached data, to be deleted please email support@crepchiefnotify.com.
Please note that deleting your account will not cancel any related subscriptions should they be hosted via the App Store or Google Play Store
